      HIIT – Yoga Shred ™ Join CoreLife Eatery as we Host Yoga Shred™, featuring Instructor Jen, from Pinnacle Life Practice. What is Yoga Shred™ ? Yoga Shred™ is the combination of HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) + Yoga. What can Yoga Shred™ do for me? It can help to promote a total body transformation in less time! Research proves that Tabata-style intervals (20 seconds on/10 seconds off) burns more calories per minute than traditional cardio. Improve bone mass, improve strength & endurance, and ramp up those post-workout calorie burns in just 45 minutes flat!  Who is Yoga Shred™ for? This workout utilizes Yoga Poses that are able to be modifide for all fitness levels. What does my ticket include? The ticket price includes the cost of the 45 minute class and a Small Bowl with a Hand-Crafted Beverage from our Scratch Made Kitchen.   Post Work Out make sure you stop by Angie Rogonjic's Table, she will be there to discuss options to continue your Health and Nutrition through Arbonne.   **Please bring a Mat, Towel and water bottle **Athletic Attire and Shoes are required
